Rated 1 out of 5áby Goldenoldieplus Caution - label
This shirt comes with the dreaded neck label. The label is not shown in the website picture. It reads "TRADTIONAL FIT" - whatever that means.
I avoid shirts with these labels because they itch and irritate my neck.
The shirt itself is lightweight, cool, and comfortable. I'd probably give it 5 stars without the label.

I am so disappointed in this seersucker shirt. The only reason I bought this for my husband is because the description states "naturally wrinkle resistant". I just removed it from the dryer and there is no way my husband would wear this shirt because the wrinkles are so many and the tab is all scrunched up. There's no way I would let him wear this shirt. So I'm guessing I will be dragging out the iron and ironing board for this one.

I purchased three of these shirts for my husband to wear to work and he loves them. It is no easy feat to find clothes for a graphic's designer! He is picky and knows good design, correct color balance and all the rest. He loves, loves, loves llbean seersucker shirts, not only for the design quality but also for the fabric quality and the great fit. He tells me that size XLTall works great for his 225 pound frame and 6'5" height! I agree. He wears these shirts to church, out to dinner, and to work, as they are appropriate for a multitude of occasions, we think. Jackets are not as frequently worn in Florida as they are up North, so this shirt fills the bill nicely much of the time.

Rated 5 out of 5áby OBXMan THE most comfortable shirt
I have several seersucker shirts from llbean, and I find these to be my most comfortable summer shirts, ever.
Very lightweight & cool.
I prefer the button downs, as they look great tucked into pants if you want a little dressier look.

This shirt and the same one in blue are being returned. I am an unhappy camper to say the least. I do expect all llbean shirts to all fit my husband the same.
These seersucker shirts are definitely smaller than many other llbean shirts I have purchased. This is probably my last purchase. I don't appreciate the trouble and $$ required to return something.

Rated 5 out of 5áby DMCr Seersucker Shirt, Short-Sleeve
The 100% cotton striped seersucker short sleeve shirt is the very best for the hot humid Deep South. When worn with a pair of 100% cotton kaki pants, you can not beat it for the comfort and coolness. LL Bean, please donot ever stop selling these shirts!

Rated 5 out of 5áby WebfootJack Great Hot Weather shirt
I bought two of these shirts at the Concord outlet store. Washed them before wearing. The blue shirt was/is a comfortable cool shirt even in the recent heatwave.
Both come from the dryer in very wearable condition - I never press seersucker shirts.
Unfortunately the red shirt clearly (by the tape measure) is a medium rather than a large. I wish that LLB had more of these in stock- maybe next year.

Extremely good looking shirt. My husband loves it as do I. Only a small problem - I do have to iron it when it comes in from the clothesline which I use all summer. Not sure how it will be from the dryer.

Bought this on the recommendation of the previous reviews. The sourcing for the material must have changed. Washed it on cold; dried it on low prior to first wearing. Got it out of the drier promptly. Hung it up. Wrinkle city - especially the collar and shirt front where the button holes are. Will see how it looks after ironing. Probably will return.
