Double layer construction makes this a warm and cozy garment. This is a women's garment so I expected more shaping in the torso- there really isn't any, so I'll probably take it in to make it fit as a layer better- but overall very nice and functional.
If you're buying this for a pajama party or lounging though, be prepared to add an extra button or two to the rear flap, or wear panties with good coverage. The single-button closure has "wardrobe-malfunction" potential.

The Union Suit was received very well as a birthday gift. Its warmth and apparent durability is well appreciated. The delivery service was excellent and arrival was earlier than expected. The only thing missing was the birthday wishes card, which I thought was included. However, the overall experience was very positive.

I love this! Very comfy & warm but awkward using back flap to go to the bathroom so I have to unbutton the whole thing. It could also use another button back there. Shrunk a little after laundering.

I'm not a hunter, I'm not the "sporting" type at all. I just don't handle the cold well. So, I bought this to wear as pajamas. I know, it's silly - but I am so toasty warm when I wear them and my husband and kids think it's cute in the heathered pink.
It was 28 degrees last night and I was warm and cozy in my union suit and slept like a baby. I'm considering getting the red one for variety! :-)

This was given as a gift to my daughter. She absolutely loves it! It was a little long for her but she washed it then dried it on high which shrank it to the perfect fit. I plan on getting her the red one for next Christmas.

Perfectly sized. Very soft and yummy feel. Very nicely made. One of those items that will become more treasured as years go by. The ONLY reason we returned it is it is a bit heavy to wear for pj's (we live in the south) and a bit snug for lounging. We prefer looser, baggier clothes for hanging around the house.

We purchased this item in the "berry" color for our daughter, working her second ski season in the Vail, Colorado area. She moved there in October 2011 and loves the area. When she opened up the gift, just prior to Christmas, she called us laughing and wondered what it was. When she put them on and figured out how warm and comfy they were she said "I'm never taking them off". Anyway, they were a "hit"!!!

I need to wear a variety of thermal underwear for the different kinds of outdoor activities that I do. I hunt, horseback ride, backpack, ski, snowshoe etc. Years ago I purchased the bottoms and separate wool tops and loved the warmth that they provided. When I saw that I could get a union suit of the same material and quality I decided to give them a try. This is a functional union suit and not your typical novelty type. Wearing panties with the union suit does not work if you plan to use the back bottom door which only has one button and works like a pair of men's boxers with an open fly to take care of business. I really like this suit and will use it for the outdoors or even as pj's.
