This table was perfect for our guest bedroom. We just needed something small to put a lamp and an alarm clock on it. It was very easy to assemble and took me less than 10 minutes to put it all together. It's sturdy and looks substantial, not like a put together piece at all.

We have a small landing with a high ceiling, on the stairway inside our front door, leading to our living area. I wanted something decorative that wouldn't get in the way as we bring in groceries or whatever. This plant stand is perfect! It looks great, but is just right for the corner. My husband put it together in minutes with no trouble whatsoever. As with some of the other painted cottage furniture we've bought, it has an odor right out of the box, but I'm confidant it will dissipate quickly, since the others did. Love it! Got the sage green, which is lovely.

I have been looking for a plant stand that could double as an end table in a small sitting room and this filled the bill. I read the reviews about accurate online color display and quality of the item. Unfortunately, I am always a bit of a skeptic about these things but I must say I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the box. The color (red ) was just as pictured. It is a sturdy, well made and beautifully painted hard wood plant stand. The finish is smooth and with a look of a more expensive piece. Perfect for setting a cup of coffee on it along with a book! It's nice to know that LL Bean is offering quality furniture at a reasonable price to go along with their quality clothing!! So therefore this plant stand receives an enthusiastic YEA!

This plant stand was easy to assemble and its ivory white finish goes great with the off-white trim in our bedroom. We are actually using it as a sort of "mini" night stand, as we didn't have room for a full size night stand on one side of the bed. It's very sturdy and the paint finish on it is smooth and well done. We couldn't be happier with it!

This is the second item I have purchased in this line. Both it and the small bench are perfect for my needs: reasonably priced, very sturdy, durable finish and great styling. Assembly was simple even with just one person. I selected the white color, which is a nice creamy shade. I love them!

Living along the shoreline where the houses are very close together, I use window coverings that can be lowered form the top for privacy. I needed a tall plant stand that would allow a plant to rise above the pleated shade for adequate light. This plant stand is the perfect solution--great height, beachy look, and very easy to assemble. The ivory is really off white so it does not clash with the woodwork. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a lovely, yet casual piece of furniture. Easy to assemble and just the right size and height to catch the sun at my southern exposure. Brightens up the room, especially in the winter months. Just love it.

I purchased two of these plant stands earlier this year, and I use them as nightstands. They are just the right size for a small table lamp, with plenty of room for a glass of water, reading glasses, etc. The bottom shelf holds a book or Kindle nicely, albeit upright. They are sturdy, well-made, with a durable finish that has withstood many hot and cold beverages without a single mark. Color is true to what you see online (I ordered the white). Highly recommended!!

Having placed the painted cottage desk on one side of a guest room bed, I was left with a small piece of real estate on the other side of the bed and needed a very small nightstand. This piece fit the bill perfectly as it is the same height, style and finish as the desk. Assembled easily in minutes. Probably too small to hold much of a lamp but perfectly adequate for smaller things guests would want at their bedside.
