I love Bean's tees. They're so well made that I have some that are several years old and they still look new. I layer them when I travel and they can go from looking great with jeans to wearing with a skirt to go out to dinner. I love the new colors for spring. The Aqua Sea and Light Apricot are going to be a staple. They aren't baggy and the material is thick enough that the light colored shirts aren't see through.

I ordered size Small because I had put on 10 pounds, but think I would have been fine with XS. Will keep this one cause I love it, but plan on ordering a couple more in XS-other colors. Great T!

expected more from LLBean got these for work shirts fit and length are excellent however there are many pin holes in the fabric which turn into bigger holes with every washing didn't even last 2 months so they look like new shirts full of holes? go figure

Rated 4 out of 5 by sjjt Might be nice in a color that's not white or cream
Shirt fit well. I liked the length: not too short, not too long. BUT, I had ordered this shirt in cream, and it was really see-through, so I sent it back. I really need a light colored shirt that is not see-through and I'm having a heck of a time finding one. If you get this shirt, do not get a light color!

I had high hopes for LL Bean products. The quality of this shirt seems good with regard to the weight of the fabric. It was exciting to not be able to see through both layers of the shirt when I held it up. It fit okay in the first wearing, but it was cut a bit on the short side, leaving one at risk for exposure if you don't wear your pants' waistline clear up to your navel. Unfortunately, one washing did this shirt in for me. The thing shrunk to become snug across the shoulders and belly, and in length enough to force me to keep yanking on it to keep myself comfortable. I am a size 12 and ordered a large in this shirt, just to be safe. Even sizing up did not help this item fit properly.

When I first got this tee, I thought the fabric soft and substantial, but not too thick. The Medium I ordered fit comfortably. It was not tight in any way. I washed it once in cold water on the gentle cycle. I laid it flat to dry. When I tried it on again, it had shrunk about one size. It is now tight all over and slightly shorter in length. I can't wear it now. The color I ordered, Deep Turquoise, was not a deep shade like the photo. It was what I would call Peacock Blue.

This shirt faded after about 4 washings, but not evenly, so it looks stained.

If you get the right top, these V-necks are great! Unfortunately they fit differently every time I get one, short sleeve or 3/4. Same style numbers but different colors, all fit differently. One will be firm, nice fitting cotton and another will be a limp, sloppy, loose fit hanging off my shoulder- almost like a pima cotton! I will keep trying but I wished I could just order by style in the colors I need and trust it will be the same shirt. The right ones are great!!

This shirt is a great weight that says it will last a very long time. I love that these are stain resistant and feel very comfortable on. They wash well and hold their shape. I have purchased more of one of these over the years as well and will probably purchase more.

I returned the two v-neck shirts I recently purchased. The V on the V-neck was too low and the shirt was too long. These shirts were slightly cheaper than the Pima T's I usually buy...and the quality and styling was lacking. I will stick to the regular Pima T's.
