Rated 5 out of 5 by Esteep Great knife, and it's Ti-Grey!
Great knife, great price, fast delivery. What's not to love? One nit to pick: it is *not* stated in description (though it is apparent from photo) that this model is a Ti-Grey Paraframe I (Titanium carbo-nitride coated blade and handle). That cool fact was important to my purchase, as it undoubtedly would be to others, and it should have been in the description (Gerber also makes a plain stainless model Paraframe). Ok, one more nit: logo on my knife was different than pictured, but apparently Gerber changes logos more often than some folks change their underwear.

Gerber makes a great knife for any user. I have several and this one is perfect for my everyday needs. Don't leave home without it.

I was searching for a utility knife that could be used as a pocket knife. One that isn't too bulky and is quickly functional. I found it in the Gerber Paraframe, it is just what i wanted. the knife can be honed to a razor sharp edge and is easy to open and close using one hand once it has been broken in. It is a very high value product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by bigbill2 hard to open and close
I bought this Gerber because I left mine at home. It's sharp enough, and built well, as most Gerbers are. However, almost impossible to open the blade with one hand. And closing it is no bargain either.

This has been a good knife so far. It has been used daily and holds an edge well.

Had to return the knife because I could not get the blade to reliably lock open or closed.

My fashion accessories: watch, glasses, Gerber folding knife. Use to open mail, clean up monofilament along waterways, or any other task requiring a sharp blade.

whatever is on this knife can be easily cleaned by wiping it with a cloth and dipping it in water. Then after drying it you could apply some light oil.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great knife, cheap!
I've been looking for a good quality pocketknife that I can just toss in my pocket and have right there whenever I need a sharp edge and finally decided to get one these newer style skeleton handles one handed knives. The knife arrived and felt great in my hands. The edge is not particularly sharp out of the box, but most edge tools I've purchased that are shipped do not arrive with a decently sharp edge...a few flicks of the wrist on the kitchen knife sharpening steel though and this thing is nearly sharp enough to shave with.
One handed operation is impossible right out of the box. It has to go through a bunch of open/close cycles for the mechanism to loosten up enough to flick it one handed, but now it opens very easily.
A nice design feature is when the knife closes, the edge does not impact the inside of the handle, seems like an obvious way to design a knife, but I've had plenty of knives over the years that close with at least part of the edge touching the inside of the handle, which has always resulted in a dull spot over time.
Great knife, slim, light, easy to live with. Well worth the $25 to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BennyTheJet Nice Knife
All around very nice knife.
-Blade came very sharp, and seems like it will be easy to sharpen when it is time for that.
-Easy to open once it has been opened and closed several times.
-Seems to be no danger of accidently opening in your pocket.
-Thin profile when clipped in your pocket (don't even feel its there).
I would recommend this to anybody thats looking for an everyday go-to light weight durable pocket knife!
