Unfortunately, the treatments applied to the shirt make the shirt completely unusable to me. Perhaps if we took the shirt to the lab we would be able to find actual cotton in the shirt but nothing about the feel or behavior of the shirt is that of a natural cotton shirt. By far the worst example is the behavior and feel of the shirt if you work out while wearing it. There is a wide range of temperature, humidity and activity across which I easily prefer a cotton shirt to more 'breathable' synthetic alternative and I've used cotton shirts for most of my workouts over the last several decades. Because of the treatments applied the '100% cotton' shirt is incapable of absorbing moisture during a workout. The end result is that the inside of the shirt is covered in pools of sweat and the outside of the shirt is completely dry. This behavior is completely and disturbingly unnatural for an all cotton shirt as well as being insanely uncomfortable when working out. I may as well have been wearing a plastic garbage bag that I cut armholes in. Perhaps the treatments have in some measure reduced the weaknesses of cotton but in so doing you have removed all of the wonderful features that once existed in an all cotton t-shirt.

I have been buying unshrinkable t-shirts since they first came out and have been completely satisfied. They didn't shrink, they fit perfectly, would last for years and were of great quality. I would buy about 12 shirts every 10 years or so and swap them out as they eventually became two worn. That was then this is now. My wife bought me 3 of the new shirts in December as a present. The new shirts are without a doubt some of the worst t-shirts I have ever owned. They have been sprayed with some chemical extremely prone to static electricity (don't we have enough chemicals in our lives without putting them on "100%" cotton t-shirts?). In addition they are about a size too small and then on top of that they shrunk some more to make them unwearable. They are of a poor quality weave and feel like they will only last a few weeks. However, the worst part is that they don't even feel like cotton shirts but rather feel like a polyester blend (which would explain the static). I would have better off buying the three pack for $8.00. I can't put into words how poor these shirts are and my disappointment in needing to find a different supplier of shirts.

I generally buy T-shirts by the dozen, all in different colors. Last year I bought my first order, of only two, just to see if I liked them. After one wash, I returned them. The reason? Cold. Water. Wash. I may be a retired geezer but I'm still a man on the go, and I can't be bothered sorting wash other than darks and lights--I refuse to separate out, additionally, items for cold water wash. I've read dozens of reviews for this product and quite a few of them complain about puckered collars. (One reviewer referred to it as, I believe, the bacon effect.) I washed my first two in warm water with cold rinse, and of course the collars puckered. Back to the drawing board, folks--R&D needs to come up with the product with all the excellent features of the current edition but without the fussiness of the cold water wash instruction.

I have been buying this particular t-shirt for a long time but I have to say, Mr. Bean, something in this recent batch is amiss. The texture, feel, sizing and arm and body length is definitely different. If the recent reviews of the past 3 months are correct maybe you've changed manufacturers. I hope it doesn't shrink or the neck pucker after a few washings as the previous posts say. When you have a winner, stick to it.

Great feel and fit but the neck line "bacons" in no time at all. Not worth the time, effort or money to return thru the mail. I've since trimmed the neckline and turned it into a tank top. I would not recommend this shirt to anyone who sweats a lot.

I bought 2 short-sleeved and 1 long-sleeved version of these shirts. The collars on all 3 started puckering after the first wash and became pretty much unwearable after the fourth wash. I was hoping to find a new go-to layering tee but this won't be it unfortunately.

I found that the sleeves on this shirt were weirdly long - they went almost to my elbows. If sleeve length is not an issue for you, then I'd recommend this shirt, but personally I returned it.

This garment CAN BE stained. I brushed against a table and got some stain on the bottom of the shirt and it WILL NOT come out.
Love the product but it can be stained.
