Love these shirts. Have one in every color. Order a medium and I'm 5'9 130 and it fits perfect with a little room. Sleeves are great length. I do believe they wrinkle easy and I don't dry them in the dryer. I hang dry them and no shrinkage yet.

I have bought from LLBean forever. This is the first time that I am writing a bad review. This shirt is "slightly fitted".. What happens to those of us that have a small belly? All Bean's T's are now made like this!! IT is very disappointing.

This is a good quality, well-made shirt. I have worn the ones I already have many, many times. But some are better than others. The Lavender Ice appears dingy. It looks like a black sock got in the white load. The Peony is way larger than the other XL's I ordered and fits like a tent. I'd return it but the shipping would cost too much.

Last month, I ordered the long sleeved crew neck tee in a medium regular, and it was enormous on my 5'2", 120 lb. frame. I returned the medium shirts and ordered the small regular, and I am pleased to report, the size small is almost perfect. The sleeves are about an inch longer than I'd like, but this is a problem I have with all shirts, so I do not fault the LL Bean sizing at all. The fabric is soft and of significant weight. Not thin or flimsy at all. I am very happy with my LL Bean long sleeve crew neck tees!

I Love these shirts! I Love LLBeans quality!
This Spring I finally decided to try out these shirts and I was not disappointed. I was only sad that I could not get the Light Apricot Heather as it sold out almost immediately and I really wanted that one : (
I have one in almost every color and really want to see LLBean bring out a PURPLE one! Yes! Purple : ) Every girl needs a purple shirt. Maybe a purple heather one would be pretty.
The fit seems true to size and the fabric is neither too thin or thick.
I only hope LLBean does not get thinner fabrics the next seasons as everywhere else seems to be going under they're promised quality... Keep it up LLBean!!!

Rated 4 out of 5áby jonedw Sizing slightly smaller than before? Fabric change
I sized up to a large per other reviews and from the unwashed fit & my previous experience vis-Ó-vis shrinkage, it will be medium-ish after a couple washes. Furthermore, I think the fabric is a bit thinner and of a slightly less dense knit than before. However, the Bean's Tee is still major bang for buck (review is for white - 5 of 'em)

Rated 4 out of 5áby JaneFiveTwo Runs Very Large
While I have loved and worn LL Bean's tees for years, this year's version of a long sleeved crew neck tee is extremely oversized. I am 5'2", 120 lbs, and in the past have worn a regular medium tee shirt. I ordered a few of them recently and was shocked at how large they are. They are extremely long in body as well as the sleeve.
I held it up against one of last year's tees, and the new one is 2 or 3 inches longer (body and sleeve). While it's possible that last year's shirts have shrunk slightly (I only dry them at low heat for ten minutes and then hang to dry), the shrinkage cannot be more than half an inch.
However, I love LL Bean's tees, so I will exchange the regular medium for a petite medium, which will, hopefully, resolve the problem.
(Oddly enough, the size medium regular mock turtleneck that I ordered fits perfectly. It's only the long sleeved crew neck tee that is overly long.)

Over the past year, I've bought seven of these shirts and they wear beautifully. I've read that other reviewers have had problems with shrinkage. I'll share with you how I wash and hang my shirts.
I wash them on delicate with a hint of warm water. After the shirts have softly spun and the washer stops, I dry them on permanent press for 10 minutes. When I remove each shirt, I hold the shoulder seams and the neck seam and gently pull the shirt down towards the bottom hem. I then hold the shoulder seam and gently pull the sleeves down. I hang the shirts on a plastic hanger and smooth the neckline and hem so there are no wrinkles.
These shirts look beautiful after they've dried. I realize that many people don't have the time to 'baby' this shirt but should you try my way, I think you will like the results! These really are very nice shirts!

I have had many Bean's Tees over the years. I would really like to see the long-sleeved tee with the same V-neck that is on the short sleeve and 3/4 sleeve tee. The V-neck is much more attractive and feminine, and it is still appropriate for many winter days.
