Rated 5 out of 5 by MegaSchultz Warmest, Most Comfortable Pants I Own!
These are the softest, warmest, most comfortable, sturdy jeans I've ever owned! I've asked my kids for a new pair because my original ones are more than 12 years old & are finally wearing out. Actually, the top of the waistband & bottom cuffs of the legs are fraying. They are still very warm & comfy. Love these pants. Cheaper ones got very bad reviews, so will stay with Bean.

These Fleece Lined Jeans are the Best! I had a old pair of Fleece Jeans I bought years ago from LL Bean that were my favorite winter jeans..I decided to call them up to order another pair; and I'm glad I did..They fit perfect! I like the fit so well..I called and ordered another pair...

Rated 4 out of 5 by ACT1 Stay warm on the coldest days!
I love these jeans - love having my legs stay warm when I'm out and about. They're also really comfortable for lounging around the house. My only complaint is that the waist is a bit snug and therefore I had to buy a size larger than normal. Glad I bought them in-store and tried them on before the purchase. I am concerned that if they shrink up after many washings, they may wind up too short for me... right now they are barely long enough for me (I'm 5'5") and definitely not long enough to roll-up the cuff like the picture advertises them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ocillin great quality, fit issues
Fleece softer than competition.Overall quality far superior.Fit did not work for my build.Rise was to high and waist seemed cut in to much.I am a short curvy girl.Customer service helped select another option from the men's line.4 stars is based only on fit for me.Both denim and fleece were soft.Construction of garment was what you expect from LL Bean. Superior.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bargainshopper50 good quality
This winter I've searched for and purchased several different fleece and flannel lined jeans. Flannel is thinner but not as warm. Also you have 100% cotton denim and 100% flannel - shrinks a lot. Fleece is 100% polyester. L.L.Beans fleece is one of the best because of the quality - the fleece is actually sewn in at the seams. They also offer Petites. On the con side, the denim is 100% cotton and does shrink, then the waist is too tight and not as comfortable when sitting. If the rise was an inch or so lower, it would at least reduce the tight waist problem. Also the length shrinks. They need to make these in stretch denim, but so do the other companies. ???'s fleece are softer (thinner) and more flexible thus the most comfortable. ???'s fleece are the heaviest and warmest but real stiff. I'm curvy, 5'2" and about 128 lbs. Men's were either too tight in the hips or way too loose in the waist, although the quality is usually better in stitch and fabric heft thus warmth, although still 100% cotton denim.

I wanted a pair of fleece-lined jeans, and these are perfect. Fit well around the waist and are a good length. The fleece is nice & soft. I expect they will wear really well.

These lined jeans, like all the other tall pants I have ordered from LL Bean, are short waisted and run small in the waist. I wear tall, and while LL Bean tall pants are long enough in the length, they could certainly be longer in the rise. I normally wear a 12 or 14 Tall, but because of the small waist in all LL Bean pants, I have to order a 16 Tall and take them in from the hips down to the knee. That said, these lined jeans are very warm! They keep me nice and toasty in these Wisconsin winters. I now own 2 pair and really like them. I would recommend them, but keep in mind the smaller waist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by waterfowlerwife great idea, wrong sizing
Love the idea of these jeans however, as with all pants from LL Bean, I find that the sizing favors tall, thin gals... I'd really like a mid rise pant. I have tried "petite" size as well as "misses" size. I'm at that in-between size being 5'3" with a short rise needed and not liking the look of "high water" pant legs. While there is a nice selection of "blue colors" I'd really love to see black and brown to better "match" my choice of tops. If I could get these two basic things changed, I'd very likely have 5-6 prs of these jeans but have only one pair at present and a "love/hate" relationship with them! LOL
