Rated 3 out of 5 by Vinyarder disappointed in travel bag
Two of the snap buttons on the handle and the name tag fell off immediately. The front section has the zipper in the middle not on the top, making it difficult to store magazines, folders, etc. Plus the shoulder strap is uncomfortable. It is a good size for airplane travel and it's functional but not a great Bean's product.

I use this bag daily as my gym bag. It holds enough for me to take my clothes, shoes and wash items. This bag is of highest quality. The canvas is thick. The construction is solid and the size is just right for me. I have used this bag every day for about 2 years and it still shows no sign of breaking down. A great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beanshoppersince1957 Sportsman's Accessory Bag
I've had this bag for well over 5 years and it meets or exceeds my expectations. It is what it is.... an accessory bag... not a laptop tote, not a briefcase, etc. Glad to hear it serves well as a range bag. I have a sturdy product but can't speak to the quality of the current offerings. I also have the Sportsman's Briefcase and the Medium Pullman and my needs are totally covered. Happy camper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BenL Makes for a Great Range Bag
I bought this bag for transporting some of our equipment to and from the range. It fits two large pair of ear protection head sets, two sets of eye protection, and either several boxes of ammo or a few boxes of ammo and a couple small firearms.
You could really use it for anything though, like taking a change of clothes to work or to the gym, or even as an overnight bag for a trip.
I had mine monogrammed and still received the bag in less than 7 days!

Rated 2 out of 5 by zkidsdad Needs Improvements
This is my second bag like this. On the positive side it has a lot of room inside and a zippered side compartment which has several smaller pockets within it. On each end there are elastic pockets for holding a water bottle or similar item. My big complaint is the edging wears through on the bottom and on the corners. There needs to be four metal/plastic protectors in each bottom corner for the times the bag is used alone, as a day bag, and is set down.

Style, durability, ease of access, functional compartments all very good. Size is inadequate. Please construct the Sportsman's accessory Bag a degree larger and it would serve a multitude of functions.

by WaltB Good addition to Sportsmen Pullman
Nice addition. Smaller than a briefcase. Fits very nicely on top of pullman with handle up. Just right for an overnight bag, too. Slips right under plane seat with room for your feet. I like it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by upsidedown Nice appearance, helpfull compartments, sized well
I think the design will make it easier to get through the security check point and the size will fit nicely under the seat in front. The appearance is pleasing as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by PennysBoat Cheap, cheap, cheap
I made the mistake of ordering this bag instead of the less expensive options. I incorrectly assumed that it would be of higher quality. It is as flimsy as giveaway bag. It is completely soft, like a duffle bag, and has no support to stiffen the bottom / make it sit flat. It's crazy that LL Bean is charging what they do for it. If you want this kind of bag, do your wallet a favor and order the cheapest one they carry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RLGray Used as a camera bag
I have one of these that came as part of a travel lugage set and I was using it as a camera bag. I liked it so much (and still wanted it for travel not just as a camera bag) that I bought another to use just for my camera equipment (and save the other for travel purposes)!
