Rated 5 out of 5 by Lisa58 Most comfortable cot
This cot is so comfortable you could sleep on it all the time. My family has two at my sister's camp and I bought one for home for guests. It is so comfortable I fell asleep on it while I was just resting. Folds up very compact can slip behind a door. Sturdy, easy to fold up. We have thrown away other cots because they are so uncomfortable, this is a keeper! Delivery was fast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Msomnia Nicer, thicker and wider than my other camp cot
This easy to use folding cot is not quite as comfortable as a standard twin bed, but it is close. No squeaks, and while more narrow than a twin, it is wider than the usual cot. I'm 54 years old, 154 lbs, and 5'4" and a fussy sleeper, and I was comfortable. Much preferable to a blow-up mattress on the floor. The fold out legs were secure and stable with glides that didn't scratch a hard wood floor. Great product. I would think even a school age child could carry it and set it up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by charliechaps Firm narrow cot
I ordered this Swedish cot, made in Estonia to replace a raised airbed that I slept on for a year. I first looked at the new and improved version of this cot on LLBean.com with the wood slats but feared cracking, or the slats slipping out of their fittings like some the reviewers shared. When I saw that this model had serpentine springs connected to each other with metal clips I ordered this instead. So far I really like the firm feel of it. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs and the support I get is an improvement over my old raised airbed. It is narrow with a thin mattress so don't expect luxurious style sleep time - it is a cot. As a guest cot for non-obese people and kids it does the job and it works for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RIDeb A great folding bed purchase
I just had a screened porch added to my house and wanted a comfortable folding bed so I could sleep out there on hot summer evenings. This has turned to be an excellent bed. It is super easy to set up (basically, just unfold it); the mattress is comfortable, the bed has good support for such a lightweight frame. After using it for two nights I decided to purchase another one to set up in a spare room for company. I did purchase an additional layer of cushioning for the mattress, but it wasn't necessary, just a whim because I wanted to be super cozy! I am very happy with this product; I do wish that LL Bean would offer sheets for this size bed; I am using twin sheets but the fitted sheet is too big. In conclusion, the size, ease, comfort, and price (plus LL Bean service) make this a top choice for a folding bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nickname2010 Easy to use, comfortable and stores easily
We're very happy with this product. We used this cot for a recent overnight guest. It was easy to set up. Since our guest was 70+years old, we supplemented the foam mattress with a Thermarest camp mattress for added cushioning. She said it was very comfortable and a big improvement over the air bed we used for past visits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Surgeongirl Comfortable, sturdy, highly recommend!
Purchased two of these cots for our river cottage to accommodate overflow guests during July 4th week. We got rave reviews- better than air mattresses, easy to fold up and store. Definitely recommend. We bought 2 twin flat sheets for each bed and tied the ends together underneath the mattress to hold in place- perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by eatyourvegetables fine for kids but definitely not for adults
My family and I use this cot for kids having sleep-overs in our cabin and it has worked just fine for the kids (12 years and younger). The cot is not suitable for adults. Its size is adequate but the springs were always too weak and after having been used four or five times the springs lost their resillency and were even more uncomfortable. The mattress is too thin, adults can feel the springs through the mattress. I tried adding another mattress on top of the original one but the sagging still made the cot uncomfortable. A better, more functional design would have slats rather than springs and a thicker mattress.
