Our Reclining Chair adjusts to three different positions. Same great design and sturdy construction as the Classic Adirondack Chair, with the added comfort of an adjustable gateleg back. The upright starting position is perfect for reading, while the lounge position is just right for an afternoon nap. The middle position offers a nice, relaxing balance between the two. Chairs have extra-wide armrests and fold for off-season storage. Made of solid maple and finished with weather-resistant paint and rust-resistant hardware. Natural is solid oak, with a clear wood preservative. Built in the Adirondack region of New York.

Our Wooden Adirondack Furniture is made from natural, sustainably harvested wood. As such, we recommend using it on a covered porch, patio or deck. Use on grass is not recommended. Cushions sold separately. Assembly required.

Rated 1 out of 5�by Linda1029 Reclining Wooden Adirondack Chair We were disappointed in these chairs from the first time opening the boxes. I ordered two of the natural wood and matching ottomans. The wood was not sanded appropriately. It is splintery. Also not enough finish on them. I should have sent them back but thought that would be a hassle. After being outside there is black mold on them. They were covered in bad weather too. It's a lot of money to just throw them away, so we are going to try to bleach, sand and refinish them. Rated 2 out of 5�by vpicciuto adirondack chair lover I am disappointed with the chair. Easy to put together, yes, however, they are flimsy. Every time you sit in it you can feel it wobble at the joints, as if the screws weren't tight enough (but they are). Also it is uncomfortable, even with the cushion. I have a below average male frame, but the chair seems small to me. And...the reclining feature doesn't work well. It will often come out of the its stops. The knobs that are intended to prevent the chair from folding work, but they fall right out. Overall it's a low-end adirondack chair. Given the quality I wish the price were a bit lower. $100 - $125 seems about right. September 2, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5�by empaloalto Not LL Bean Quality These aren't cheap. I thought I was paying good money for something that would last. But they didn't hold up to the LL Bean name. Within the first year, the back slats started to split vertically. As in several slats had cracks going up them. I put them away every winter, yet after about 6 years, there are several rotted spots around the screws, and you can no longer sit in one of the chairs because there is no way to tighten the screw without the wood breaking. I'm really disappointed. August 9, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5�by mom6 Adirondack Reclining Chair We are very happy with these made in the USA chairs! We have six of the regular ones (which fold for storage) and so we wanted to try the reclining one. The painted surface looks wonderful. They do take my husband about a half hour or more to put each chair together. Our chairs from last year look perfect after being on an open (yet roof over) porch through the winter. We plan on storing the ones that are totally outdoors for the winter, in our garage though. July 25, 2012
