I own several of these tee-shirts in a variety of colors. The fabric is very good quality and the colors are nice and bright. But, as others have noted, they shrink a great deal, even with just one washing. Now I buy them one size too large, which means that they don't fit right until after the first wash. What I would really like is a tee-shirt that looks good and fits great, both before and after I wash it.

I ordered 3 of these and really wanted to like them. I read many of the reviews and no where did I read that these are stretchy (maybe that is normal for pima cotton and I'm just unaware) but I will be returning them today. They do appear to be a very soft material and have a silky feel and texture but they do stretch and the banding around the collar is what appears to be an elastic banding covered in same fabric - just a word of caution to anyone that may have allergies. All three of the shirts had a very strange, offensive smell as well.

The most popular colors are always sold out. Order more.
Also the purples are my favorite. This year you are not carrying hardly anything but the light plum and that is sold out in my size.
I also like the navy blue which is also sold out. Can't you keep ordering more or back order the popular colors?? I like the dark
colors - don't show the rolls as much as light color tees.

Love this shirt. The teal is a real pretty color. I'm a 2x and it fits very comfortably.
Wish Bean's would have more plus sizes in winter jackets. Can't get the one I want in women's. They need more plus sizes for us women.

Rated 5 out of 5 by missushammer High quality, soft and silky
These are really nice t-shirts. A little dressier than my other favorite, Bean's Ts, so a nice alternative. Soft, silky, no difference after washing. I know some reviewers think they're too short but I love the length on myself. 5'3", 120 lbs. I buy the Regular Small. They are perfect. Another product where I say, "Please don't change them!" Colorwise, I'm always partial to black or white, occasionally an interesting lighter color like the blue mint. I'd like to see this in dark navy rather than True Navy. Just a little suggestion. Thumbs up on this product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by DabooJudy Shrank after one wash
I recently bought two of these shirts and have worn one so far. The medium fit me perfectly; I was very pleased. I just washed it and dried it, following the instructions to a T. Now, when I compare the washed shirt to the unworn shirt, the washed shirt is about 2 inches shorter and at least an inch narrower than the unworn shirt. That shrinkage is very disappointing. I expect better from LL Bean.

The petal and butter colours are pretty, I imagine all of the colours are! The fabric is especially soft and pleasing.

Love, love, love these crew neck Pima Cotton Tees and, as a result, have them in a number of colors. They are great on their own and great for layering when the morning and evenings are cool, but the midday turns warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cath9 Petite Pima Cotton Tee, Crewneck, Short Sleeve
I have just ordered 3 more of these luxuriously soft, well fitting tees in various colors for shorter ladies. I have many more that are a few years old and they still look new even after countless whirls in the washer and dryer. I find they are perfect not only in the summer but under winter dressy jackets. I wear them so often I need some in more than one color.

I bought a couple of these a year or so ago and they started out on the short end of what I like to wear -- my daughter says I rock the boyfriend look (...um, sure...) -- and they have slowly shrunk up even shorter until they're almost at my beltline. I'm petite and under 5 feet and these were misses shirts -- it's a little amazing in my life to have this problem.
I don't even like wearing them under a sweatshirt anymore. Any chance of getting a t-shirt that's longer and really doesn't shrink?
