I have purchased futon covers from LL Bean in the past and have been very satisfied. Unfortunately while the quality and fit of the tapestry cover was excellent, the color, however, was too dark and dull. The look was not very appealing on my Mission style futon so I returned the slipcover and matching bolsters. I would like to see more color options for this item in the future.

Beans does it again. The fabric on this cover is strong and upholstry like which works well for us as we will use the futon more like a sofa. The pattern very nice. It is not as gold in color as the pictures online show, but I'm ok with that. I do wish that at some point a cover of this quality would be offered in a solid.

Many years ago, inspired by my love of all things Arts & Crafts / Prairie Style, my father, a furniture maker, built me a wonderful couch in the period style using the methods of the time. Atop the red oak frame is a high-density foam seat and back, which are separate pieces, not like a futon. We had them upholstered in a thick denim that could be removed and washed. After years of use, the material fell apart, the zipper stuck and it was generally a mess. I made my own "slipcovers" several times, but my sewing skills lack. I decided to give this futon cover a shot as the dimensions seemed so close to what I needed. While a futon matress is larger than my seat/back combined, the length was right on, which I needed. I'm able to tuck away the excess between the two pieces of seating material and it looks absolutely perfect. I'm so happy with this I can't even express how great it looks (and feels).

This futon slipcover is well made and appears in the photos to be vibrant. Unfortunately, in person the Chenille Tapestry is quite indistinct. The colors blend into one another giving it a very old and tired look.
This is the slipcover for you if you're looking to blend it into an antique setting but doesn't work well for me. Happy I purchased two and was able to keep the other, Sunset Botanical which is lovely.

I purchased the slipcover and matching bolsters and couldn't be happier! Beautiful colors and heavy weight fabric. Our last cover was purchased 13 years ago and is still going strong. This one is a nice change for the winter.

I love the color and texture of this product. Very durable and that's important. I also like the zipper going around on three sides for very easy set up. I think this product is built to last and that was important to me.

The LLBean futon cover is much better quality than what I was seeing locally. I took a chance since it also costs a bit more and couldn't see or touch it before buying it. You get what you pay for and LLBean cames through for me again. It looks great, it is good quality material, and I expect it will last many years to come.

We've had this cover for over 10 years now and it still looks great. It was the main living room couch for 1/2 of that and now it's in a sitting area of the guest room so it doesn't get as much wear. It's held up beautifully. The fabric is very thick and sturdy and the colors are beautiful. No regrets here! As noted in previous reviews the bolsters covers are not included. Also, this is dry clean only!
