It is very sturdy and we really like it except the top bar is not really designed for kindling. We expected the LLBean fatwood to fit on the top rack, but the bars are too far apart. It would be great if LLBean sold an "accessory" that would let you store the LLBean fatwood on the top rack. We would buy this again, but some of the photos are misleading as it really can't hold the LLBean fatwood. December 21, 2012

The division of the rack into 3 areas for paper, logs and kindling is especially useful. I heat my house with a woodstove, and this rack stores plenty of logs -- most others I looked at didn't. We like that it has three distinct areas all in one unit for kindling, firewood, and newspapers. We've had and used this wood rack for several winters now. I heat with wood so it gets plenty of use and it is strong enough to take it. I love all the different sections for logs, kindling & newspaper, not to mention the tools, that take up only a little over one square foot of floor space. And it is very good looking as well. I get compliments on it all the time. This is a great log holder that I would recommend to anyone. December 2, 2008
