My feet are size 12 EE and the mocs were a little wide. So I got some foam innersole--works just right. Mocs are very nice looking.

Have had several pair of these Mocs over the years. The last pair were not true to size and were defective and split. Bean replaced them with a new pair without any hesitation and the replacement pair fit like the others always had, like a glove.

These are exactly as expected. The color and texture were just right and so was the fit. These were comfortable from the start and will only get better with wear. These are becoming my everyday shoes.

I wore these as a teenager and now, in my thirties, am wearing them again. I simply love the classic look and feel of these shoes. However, while the quality is excellent, the reviewers who state that these are too narrow are correct. I have never worn a wide shoe, and after receiving these in my normal size (7.5), I found they were very long (by 2 inches) and very narrow. I returned them for a 7 wide and they fit perfectly. If you are near a store, try them on. If you are not, be prepared to buy 2 pairs and return the one that doesn't suit your foot. Once you find your fit, you will love these shoes.

Had pair of these several years ago and wore them out.....got a new pair and remember why I liked them so much for so long. Good looking, casual styling but well made. Good fit, true to size length and width. Here,is a caution.....since these mocs have a thin foot pad, you should consider an orthotic insert if they are to be worn all day or on rough terrain. I will always have a pair of these mocs in the closet. Great around the house or to the beach, or a poolside party.

Hoya74 Extremely narrow
Although they seem well made, the Camp Moc I received in 8 1/2 EE is extremely narrow. Please see the attached picture with a boat shoe, the Bean Camp Moc, and a loafer, all in 8 1/2 EE and you will noticed the Bean Camp Moc sole is at least 1/2 inch narrower than the other shoes. This comparison photo says it all--Camp Moc way too narrow.

I used to love these mocs; I've owned and wore out countless pairs since the early 1980s. They were my absolute first (usually only) choice for all my off duty/weekend/vacation footwear. My Dad loved and wore his just as much. But someone in the last few years decided to update the design. The formerly comfy rounded toe is now much narrowed...and the comfort is gone. I reluctantly returned my most recent purchases of my formerly favorite shoe... PLEASE bring back the original design!!!

In this day and age of Take it or Leave it shopping, I have to commend L L Bean on the outstanding service they gave me in returning and replacing a pair of Mens' handsewn Camp Mocs.
In the first pair, the left shoe was slightly larger and the shoes were returned with a mailing label in which they had paid the postage.
The second pair of the Camp Mocs I received a day after I returned the first pair fitted well.
I used the pair in fine weather outside and in my home before I wrote this review,
I am completely satisfied with the fit and look of this pair which I have broken in by walking in them for about two weeks.
Never have I been disappointed with any items purchased from 'Beans' over the last three and a half decades I have been a customer of theirs.
