L.L.Bean Ranks High on List of America's Favorite Online Retailers
Freeport, ME, September 7, 2010 – L.L.Bean, a leading retailer of quality outdoor equipment and apparel, has ranked high on the list of America's 50 favorite online retailers again with a ranking of number 13, up from a rank of 16 last year.
STORES magazine's Favorite 50 Online Retailers is a list of e-commerce Web sites rated by customers who use them. The survey, conducted by BIGresearch, collected data from nearly 8,500 online shoppers, asking them to rate the following services when shopping online:
- Low prices
- Free shipping
- Flexible return policy
- Easy-to-use Web site
- Pick up or return at store
- Toll-free "live" customer service
Amazon topped the list, and L.L.Bean scored higher than Lands' End (14), Zappos (26) and Cabela's (33).
