Have your receipt?

Please include it with the items you wish to return or exchange and bring it with you to any of our stores. This way we can refund your original purchase price to your original method of payment, or use it to help exchange your item.

No receipt? No problem.

We will happily accept your return or exchange. If we can't locate the purchase record, we will be glad to give you an L.L.Bean Gift Card for the current selling price of the item, or replace your item. If the original item is not available, we might need to call or email you to help determine an alternative that works for you.

Special Considerations

We hope you understand that we make the following special considerations when processing a return or exchange:
