Returns or Exchanges at Our StoresWhether you purchased your item on llbean.com, by mail, by phone or at one of our stores, visit any L.L.Bean retail store or outlet for fast, friendly service. Returns or Exchanges by MailPlace your item in the original packaging, if available, and enclose a completed Return and Exchange Form. You'll find the form right on the packing slip that came with your order. If you purchased your item at an L.L.Bean store or you don't have the original packing slip, you can download the form here. L.L.Bean QuickExchangeFor the fastest service, call Customer Service at 800-441-5713 to request a QuickExchange or simply place a new order online or by phone. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. Returning Items Delivered by FreightIf you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at 800-341-4341. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you do wish to return or exchange a freight item, please contact us at 800-341-4341. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company. Return Without a ReceiptWe encourage you to include your receipt in order to help us process your return more quickly. However, we'll accept your return without the original receipt (except if it was purchased at an L.L.Bean Outlet). If you return an item without a receipt, please help speed processing time by telling us where and when you purchased the product. Repairs and Replacement PartsAt L.L.Bean, we help our customers "Reduce, Reuse, Resole." For a reasonable fee, we can extend the life of your L.L.Bean Boots. EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING We proudly offer free shipping and handling in the US and Canada. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders–no minimum purchase, coupons or promotion codes are required.
Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 5 business days.* Estimated delivery times for AK, HI, APO/FPO, US possessions and Canada will be provided during checkout. Not valid for Direct to Business orders or some international locations.
EXPRESS DELIVERY If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited two–day* service for a fee. Available to most US addresses. Add $15 per address in the contiguous US and $17 per address in AK and HI.
FREIGHT CHARGES A small percentage of our large or oversized items require freight charges; those charges are listed on the product page and are also displayed in your Shopping Bag.
